Cách tính cân nặng – Theo quy định của IATA (Hiệp hội Vận tải Hàng không Quốc tế là một nhóm nghề nghiệp quốc tế của các hãng hàng không có trụ sở tại Montreal, Quebec, Canada): Trọng lượng thực và cồng kềnh, chọn số lớn hơn để tính làm giá vận chuyển .
a. Theo trọng lượng thực tế (Kg).
b. Theo trọng lượng thể tích, tính theo công thức : Dài x Rộng x Cao (cm)/ 6000.

Quy định chung
1. Thời gian vận chuyển Việt Nhật từ 2 – 3 ngày về Hà Nội , 3-5 ngày về Tp Hồ Chí Minh
2. Trong bán kính nội thành Hà Nội 10km kể từ văn phòng Ichiba:
– Hàng hóa dưới 2.5 kg, khách hàng vui lòng qua địa chỉ văn phòng công ty nhận hàng hoặc Ichiba giao hàng với cước phí 20,000vnđ.
– Hàng hóa trên 2.5 kg, miễn phí vận chuyển.
3. Giao hàng ngoài bán kính 10km từ văn phòng công ty, khách hàng trả phí vận chuyển nội địa theo bảng giá cước của Ichiba.
Chính sách bán hàng
1. Trọng lượng tính cước làm tròn đến 0,5kg. VD: 1,6kg thì trọng lượng tính giá là 2kg.
2. Trường hợp mất/hỏng, loại hàng hóa phổ thông được bồi thường 100% theo giá trị sản phẩm. Hoặc theo % mất/hỏng do lỗi trong quá trình vận chuyển. Không áp dụng với hàng giá trị cao, hàng dễ vỡ
3. Một số trường hợp đặc biệt như số lượng, chủng loại, giá trị chưa có trong báo giá xin mời liên hệ trực tiếp.
4. Không nhận vận chuyển các mặt hàng cấm, hàng dễ cháy nổ, hàng hóa chứa hình ảnh kích động, văn hóa đồ trụy,…
5. Hàng giá trị cao: là hàng có giá trị trên 100$/1 sản phẩm, hàng dễ vỡ là các sản phẩm bằng chất liệu dễ vỡ như sứ, thủy tinh,…
6. Hàng giá trị cao, hàng dễ vỡ nhưng tính cước vận chuyển theo cân nặng ( không tính theo 6% giá trị SP ) thì đền bù tối đa gấp 3 lần cước vận chuyển, nếu tính phụ thu thêm 6% giá trị sẽ đền bù 100% tiền hàng trong trường hợp mất mát do lỗi từ công ty.
